By using Scribeify you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short.
The service
Scribeify provides browser-based and cloud-assisted media tools. We offer them as-is, without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content you don't own the rights to, content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, or content intended to harm or deceive others. We may refuse service or remove content we believe violates these rules.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the past 12 months, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
